By visiting the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by publishing a new version on this page. The version that applies to your order is always the one published on the Website at the time you placed it.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract. Our offers are directed at consumers who purchase for personal purposes.

3. PRIVACY

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. How we collect, use and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

4. WEBSITE CONDUCT

All content on the Website is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Using the Website does not give you any ownership of its content.

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose. In particular, you agree not to:

hack, attack or attempt to disrupt the Website or its servers;

upload or send viruses or any other harmful code;

publish abusive, offensive, defamatory or discriminatory content;

submit false or misleading information, including false personal or payment details;

5. PRODUCTS FOR PERSONAL USE

Our products are sold for personal, non commercial use. We may limit or refuse orders that, in our reasonable judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ACCURACY

We work hard to describe our blouses, tops, sweaters and wardrobe essentials as accurately as possible, including fabrics, fit and sizing. We also make every effort to show the colours of our products as true to life as we can. Please keep in mind that colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, and that small variations can occur between production batches.

Despite our care, the Website may occasionally contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery times or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before processing it, and you will be free to cancel the order at no cost.

7. PRICES AND CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE

All prices on the Website are shown in Euro and include the applicable VAT. Any shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete your order.

We may change our prices, product range and Website content at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Some products are available in limited quantities only and may sell out.

8. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The products shown on the Website are not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button at checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not yet mean that we have accepted your order. The contract is concluded when we send you a separate order or shipping confirmation, or when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to decline an order, for example if a product is no longer available, if there is a clear pricing error or if there are reasonable signs of fraud. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method without delay.

If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@leguidefr.com. We process orders quickly, so we cannot always guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order is being prepared for shipping.

9. PAYMENT

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm that:

you are authorised to use the chosen payment method;

all payment information you provide is complete and correct;

sufficient funds are available to pay for your order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. We are not responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship exclusively within Germany, and all orders are sent from Germany. We currently do not deliver to addresses outside Germany.

You can choose between two shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping: free of charge, delivery within 4 to 5 business days.

Insured Express Shipping: 4.95 EUR, delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and start once your order has been confirmed. In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather or peak seasons. If a delay occurs, we will keep you informed.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person named by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods. If you ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement of your decision, for example by email to support@leguidefr.com, before the withdrawal period ends.

Once you have withdrawn from the contract, please return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. If you chose Insured Express Shipping, we refund the cost of standard delivery only, as the additional charge was for a delivery option you chose yourself. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Please return items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling them beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit.

12. STATUTORY WARRANTY

All products are covered by the statutory warranty rights that apply to consumer purchases. If an item you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at support@leguidefr.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA

We are present on various social media platforms. These platforms are operated by third parties and have their own terms and privacy policies. Comments and opinions posted by users on our social media pages are their own and do not necessarily reflect our views. If you see an offensive or inappropriate comment, please report it to the platform operator using their reporting tools.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are fully liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and in all other cases where liability cannot be limited by law.

For slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation that makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you can regularly rely. In such cases, our liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage.

We do our best to keep the Website available and free of errors, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available without interruption or completely free of technical faults.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including texts, photographs, images, graphics, logos, designs and layouts, is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may view, download and print content from the Website for your own personal, non commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or otherwise use any content from the Website for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your rights, please contact us at support@leguidefr.com with a description of the content concerned, where it can be found and your contact details. We will review your request and remove the content if it is found to be infringing.

16. REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

We love hearing from our customers. If you send us or post reviews, photos, comments, ideas or suggestions (together "Submissions"), you confirm that they are accurate, that you are entitled to share them and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.

You grant us a free, non exclusive and unlimited right to use, publish and adapt your Submissions on the Website, on social media and in our marketing, where appropriate together with your first name. We will not publish content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading, and we may remove Submissions at our discretion.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another company, for example in the event of a sale or reorganisation of our business, provided this does not reduce your rights as a consumer.

20. NO WAIVER

If we do not enforce a right or provision of these Terms of Service straight away, this does not mean that we have given up that right or provision.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully valid. The invalid provision will be replaced by the statutory rules.

22. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms of Service and all contracts concluded through the Website are governed by Italian law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you live, in particular Germany.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@leguidefr.com. We will always try to find a fair solution together with you. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and any other policies published on the Website, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and your purchases. They replace any earlier agreements or communications on the same subject.
